Family Fun Night- This Friday, March 12th. Flyers for Family Fun Night were sent home at the end of February. Check the GCS website for more information.

Biedebach Farewell- The Biedebachs have plane ticket to take them back to Malawi on Tuesday, March 16th. This means that we will only have Ami until the Monday of Walk-a-thon. After our walk-a-thon we would like to have a farewell party for her. Monday, the 15th is a NOON DISMISAL, so we will have our party from 11:00-12:00. A flyer will be sent home sometime this week.

*Rainbow Sight Words- Please practice the rainbow sight words with your child! If you lose your list, please check the blog. They are posted! These sight words are going to last us for the rest of the school year. Don’t feel like you have to make your child learn one row a week; that may be too excessive!

Festival of the Arts- This year for the Festival of the Arts we are going to be making candleholders. Please bring in a glass jar for your child to make a candleholder out of. I would prefer it be a 12oz. jar. You do not need to bring in the lid. Please have your child’s name on the bottom of the jar. Please have the jar turned in by Friday, March 19th.
